Can I purchase insurance for my order?
Insurance is optional. However, we are not responsible for lost mail. If you wish to purchase insurance, please add the correct amount of coverage to your cart from the insurance category. All of our insurance is done through www.u-pic.com, a private third-party provider. Items are still sent through the U.S. Postal Service. Costs are much cheaper — only $1 per $100 of coverage for both domestic and international shipments. If you wish the security of Registered Mail, we offer than option as well under the insurance category.
By what method do you mail out orders?
All orders are shipped through the U.S. Postal Service. Domestic orders are shipped via first class or priority mail, depending on weight. International orders are shipped via USPS Air Letter Post.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, Personal Checks, Cashier’s Checks, Money Orders, Bidpay, U.S. Dollars and Euros at 1:1 exchange rate. Any cash is sent at your own risk. All funds except Euros must be in U.S. Dollars.
