If you are having trouble with the shopping cart, it is most likely a cookie problem.  Within Internet Explorer, click on Tools on the menubar and select internet options (you can also get there from the control panel).  In the middle section labled "Temporary files", click on clear cookies.  Then select delete files-check the box labeled delete all offline content and press delete.  Everything should work fine after that.  If not, then email us and we'll work on a solution for you.
